Shipping Terms

Shipper is responsible for ensuring accurate declarations and is liable for any return shipments, fines, or customs-related fees arising from false, overdue, or failed declarations. Both the shipper and recipient must liaise with customs and comply with local regulations. Any delays or returns due to incomplete documentation are the responsibility of both the shipper and the recipient.

iShipX is an agent for FedEx and DHL, only responsible for accepting shipments. Once the package is dispatched, any issues regarding transportation, customs clearance, or after-ship support must be addressed directly with the carrier.

The transit time depends on the chosen shipping channel, courier, and destination. Please have it confirmed in advance. If you have any concerns, cancel the shipment before dispatch; otherwise, you will be considered to have accepted the transit time, channel choice, and customs regulations.
