The shipper must provide accurate declarations and is responsible for any returns, fines, or customs fees caused by incorrect, late, or missing information. 

Both the shipper and the recipient must cooperate with customs and follow local regulations. Any delays or returns due to incomplete documents are the responsibility of the shipper and the recipient. iShipX acts only as an agent for FedEx and DHL and is responsible for accepting shipments. After dispatch, all transportation, customs clearance, and after-shipment issues must be handled directly with the carrier. 

 Transit time varies depending on the shipping method, courier, and destination. Please confirm in advance. If you have concerns, cancel before dispatch. Once shipped, the transit time, selected channel, and customs requirements are deemed accepted.
